We source everything we possibly can from the U.S. and manufacture everything, right down to the hardware, right here in our shop. 

All of our knives are made with  precision CNC machines, which gives us our tight tolerances where it matters, then finished by hand for that personal touch.

We expect our knives will be used. With that in mind, we design and build them for comfort, function and durability.
